Neptune Warrior

The perfect marriage of luxury and practicality, Neptune Warrior is a floating palace, an isolated oasis of luxury, capable of cruising the open oceans around Seychelles’ southern islands in search of the ultimate fishing adventure.

With a draft of only 1.3 metres the Neptune Warrior can easily cruise inside the pristine lagoons of Seychelles’ outer island coral atolls, sliding across the calm, crystal-clear waters to bring you face to face with Seychelles’ teeming marine life.

But with a beam of 10 metres, the Neptune Warrior is equally adept at make the open ocean inter-island crossing to allow you to explore the differences of the beautiful mid-ocean coral jewels.

Built in Southampton in 1989, Neptune Warrior spent 12 months (early 2008- early 2009) undergoing a comprehensive refit, bringing the accommodation levels up to that of a floating five star hotel, at the same time ensuring that the ship’s technical specifications could provide continuous faultless service 500 miles from the nearest dry dock. Powered by Deutz Engines, makers of some of the world’s most reliable marine engines, the Neptune Warrior cruises at 8 knots for the inter-island crossings.

Tenders

While Neptune Warrior is your gateway to the unexplored Outer Islands, the vessel’s two Orca 530 tenders are your ticket to the most exclusive angling outposts in the world. Completing the ancient Roman divine trilogy, the tenders are named after Neptune’s brothers, Pluto and Jupiter, and are custom-built Orca 530 power boats. Purpose designed and built by Orca in close consultation with the team from Neptune Warrior, Pluto and Jupiter are 5.3 metres long, powered by Yamaha 85hp engines and ready to jet you to your perfect fishing spot.

A shallow draft of only 8 inches lets the Orcas navigate the teeming coastal reefs, at the same time as the boats’ 85hp Yamaha engines provide more than enough power to chase the open ocean’s biggest fishing trophies.

Intelligently designed to give the experienced angler the facilities they need and to strip away all non-essentials, the Orcas are technically loaded and fully equipped for a full day’s fishing, and rugged enough to handle everything from blue water to the beach. Numerous fishing points and cavernous storage space makes the Orcas the ideal platform for lengthy fishing excursions, either onboard or as floating support while you explore the reefs.
