The rate above includes 7 days (6 nights) on board Neptune Warrior, Full Board, Water, the use of 2 customized open tender with 25 litres of fuel for each tender per day.
Neptune Warrior Policy:
Neptune Warrior offers its clients the use of its 4 twin sharing cabins & 1 double cabin, all en-suite for the prices quoted above. We require a maximum 10 pax per charter for a minimum of 6 nights (7 days). For Special groups for then six nights, please contact sales office. Please note that the Goods & Services Tax is subject to change without notice.
Neptune Warrior Child Policy
Neptune Warrior accepts Children from 12 year of age and above but must be under adult supervision at all times. For children under 12 years the client must seek permission before accepting the booking.
We will only be accepting cash (SCR or any other currencies such as USD, EUR & GBP) for any extras that is purchased on the boat. Credit Cards/Travellers Cheques are not accepted due to the location of the Boat!

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Neptune Warrior - 1st January 2010 until the 30th December 2010
Payment Policy:
Bookings will be made with 50% deposit of the total value upon confirmation.
Last payment of 50% will be made 60 days before departure of the flight from Mahe, Seychelles.
For any bookings made 60 days or less before departure of flight from Mahe, Seychelles, we request 100% payment.
Cancellation Policy:
For a cancellation received more than 6 months before the departure date of flight: we will refund the deposit received minus the bank charges.
For a cancellation received between 6 months and 2 months before departure date of flight: we will refund 25% of the deposit received minus the bank charges.
For a cancellation received less than 2 months before departure of flight, full cancellation fees applicable (no refund).
All cancellations of services need to be made in writing on email followed by telephone call or contact sales office as detailed below and must be received within the time periods as above.

Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are NETT and non-commissionable.
- Landing fees are not included in the Rate above on Seychelles Government mandated Islands.
- Drinks other then water, are payable directly to the Neptune Warrior. A price list will be available on board and when requested.
- Should the Client require more then 25 Litres of Fuel per tender (Small Boat) per day, purchase will be available for EUR 40 for every 25Litres requested.
- The Price above does not include Flights to and from the Atoll or Islands. (See IDC Pricing)
Neptune Warrior will not be held responsible for any delays or cost incurred as a result of flight delays/problems or “force majeur” during the trip.
Terms & Conditions:
- IDC Rates are not commissionable.
- Prices above are subject to change due to Fuel Fluctuation and change in the Rate of Goods & Service Tax.
- Baggage Allowance is clearly stated above, Please Note that NO extra Kilograms will be allowed on board due the pay load of the aircraft.
- If the Flight is held on ground over the normal time of departure for any particular reasons both on arrival and departure, the ground time will cost EURO 30 extra per hour.
